Zekebyte (zekebyte.dev) is run by Amarith, an individual developer. These terms are short on purpose. If anything is unclear, email support@zekebyte.dev.
Three games are free to play by anyone. A Games membership unlocks every other game on the site, including game updates and any new games released while the membership is active. The membership covers games only: apps and tools are sold separately, each at its own price, and are not included in either plan. Membership is for personal, non-commercial play on zekebyte.dev.
If a membership isn't for you, email within 14 days of a first yearly payment or a Lifetime Founders purchase for a full refund. Yearly renewals are refundable within 14 days of the renewal date. A refund ends the membership. Refunds are issued to the original payment method through Stripe.
There are no passwords. You sign in with a link emailed to the address you used at checkout. Keep that inbox secure: anyone who can read it can sign in as you. One membership is for one person; please don't share sign-in links.
The games, artwork, sound, code and text on zekebyte.dev are copyright Amarith and may not be copied, redistributed, sold, or re-hosted. Please don't attempt to bypass the membership check or interfere with the site. Zekebyte may suspend a membership used in breach of these terms, with a refund of any unused yearly time.
Zekebyte is a small project and comes as-is. Games may change, be updated, or occasionally be down. If the site ever shuts down permanently, Lifetime Founders members will be told in advance by email. These terms may be updated; the date above will change when they are.
