Yes. Sign in with your email on any device. Your membership is tied to your email address, not to a device. Game progress, though, is saved per browser — see below.
In your own browser, on your own device. Every game that keeps progress stores its save in that browser's local storage; nothing is uploaded to Zekebyte and there are no cloud saves. That means progress doesn't follow you from one browser or device to another, and clearing your browsing data — or playing in a private window — erases it. Your membership is unaffected: it lives with your email address.
